Situated near such famous ancient sites as Ephesus and Pergamon and numerous holiday resorts, İzmir has a growing tourist trade. Though many visitors are business travelers and tourists on their way to the famous ancient sites, some will stay to appreciate the attractions of İzmir itself. One of the most unique destinations of the city is the Kemeraltı, which is the historical bazaar district of İzmir. Described as a labyrinth museum of history and art, you can spend hours strolling the colorful streets, shops, eateries, and gardens.
İzmir offers cultural and economic activities, low costs, developing industries, and cultural and art associations. Turquoise waters, welcoming people, flourishing business and a favorable climate also make the “Pearl of the Aegean” one of the most attractive regions for high quality real estate investment.
