Coldwell Banker Young Professionals Network Sets New Record With More Than 2,000 Toys Collected During Holiday Drive
CBYPN supports Toys for Tots and Oasis — A Haven for Women and Children in Paterson for fourth consecutive year
MADISON, N.J. (Dec. 27, 2023) – The Coldwell Banker Realty Young Professionals Network (CBYPN) collected 2,009 toys this holiday season for Toys for Tots and Oasis — A Haven for Women and Children in Paterson, surpassing its annual goal and setting a new record for the charitable drive. This was the fourth annual statewide holiday toy drive that CBYPN hosted at Coldwell Banker Realty offices throughout New Jersey and New York.
“Thank you to all the Coldwell Banker Realty sales associates, staff and members of the community who helped us make a difference for so many children in our local communities during the 2023 holidays,” said CBYPN organizer Joseph Sarkar.
CBYPN collected 1,687 toys during its 2022 drive and was hoping to surpass 2,000 toys in 2023. Sarkar said that some of the highlights of the successful 2023 toy drive were the company’s north region, which collected more than 1,100 toys, and the Coldwell Banker Realty Alpine/Closter office, which itself collected 308 toys.
CBYPN is a member-driven organization that helps young real estate professionals excel in their careers by giving them the tools and encouragement to become involved in three core areas: community service, education and social/networking.
