With strategic acquisition, industry leader Coldwell Banker Real Estate Group Expands Footprint in the Midwest

MADISON, NJ  (December 16, 2022) – Coldwell Banker Real Estate, LLC, an Anywhere (NYSE: HOUS) brand, is pleased to announce that a leading Coldwell Banker franchise affiliate, Coldwell Banker Real Estate Group, has acquired d’aprile properties in Greater Chicagoland, Wisconsin and Indiana to significantly expand the Coldwell Banker presence and footprint in the Midwest.

D’aprile properties was founded in 2011 by Broker-Owner Ryan D’Aprile in Chicago’s West Loop neighborhood. Today, the full-service firm boasts 11 offices. The more than 380 affiliated sales professionals serve clients throughout Greater Chicagoland, Lake Geneva, Wisconsin and Michigan City, Indiana. Last year, the company closed nearly $1.2 billion in sales volume*.
