Regardless of where you’re buying a home, the neighborhood that home resides plays a big part in whether or not you want to live there. Of course, every neighborhood has aspects that everyone knows about, but it’s the true “locals” that know where all the hidden gems are.

No one knows the in’s and out’s of some of the luxury neighborhoods in Southern California better than Coldwell Banker agent, Christophe Choo. In this segment that was featured on NBC’s LXTV Open House, Christophe takes us on a personal tour of some of the lesser known gems within greater LA.

Last year, Christophe took us on a tour of hidden gems in Beverly HIlls, but this time he’s got a brand new set of places to show you including one of his favorite lunchtime stops, Villa Blanca, which is owned by Lisa Vanderpump.

Watch the video above as Christophe takes you from Beverly Hills to Melrose Place to The Cedars in this “hidden gems” tour of Los Angeles.
