Take a look at these neighborhoods from the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors’ (GLVAR) list for top home sales volume.

Aliante

North Las Vegas is an area of sustained, continuing growth, with the Aliante community at the forefront. This master planned community has many affordable options for buyers. It has some spectacular views, but at 1,905 acres, Aliante may also feel comfortably intimate to some home buyers, compared with the larger acreage of Summerlin or Mountain’s Edge to the southwest. Centennial Hills
