(Nov. 1, 2021) – Joe Piscitelli, a luxury real estate specialist who has been serving the Connecticut Shoreline for more than 35 years, recently closed on his listing at 83 Old Quarry Rd. in Guilford—at $5,137,000, it is the highest-priced home sale on the Shoreline in 2021. Piscitelli has represented the Top 5 most expensive Shoreline homes sold since 2018 (including the highest price ever recorded) and closed an impressive $926 million in sales volume over the last decade.
Piscitelli represented both the seller and the buyer for 83 Old Quarry Rd., which closed on Oct. 25. The four-bedroom, three-and-one-half-bath home sits on 3.68 acres, a private oasis in the enclave of Old Quarry that boasts 450 feet of private waterfront, a deep-water dock and 180-degree scenic views. It was listed for $5,397,000.
