You’ve received an offer on your home and you’ve successfully negotiated a sale price. Now, comes round two of negotiations. Often the home buyer will choose to have a home inspection conducted, in which a licensed professional notes any potential issues with the home. At this point, the buyer may ask for items to be fixed or for a credit to be negotiated before closing.
