I have a friend that dedicated a spare bedroom to her yoga room. She burnt sage in there and had it painted very zen colors and had a really good sound system for her tranquil music. The kids were taught to not disturb her when she was in there. It is ultimate mom cave sanctuary.She may have even had awine fridge in there!
Isn’t everything in the house that isn’t in the man cave technically deemed part of the “mom cave”?
