Linsanity is moving southwest. The NBA sensation of last season, Jeremy Lin, is headed to the Houston Rockets. If you’ll recall Jeremy Lin bursted on the scene last season with the New York Knicks when electrified the New York crowds by going from bench warmer to 20 points and 10 assists per game before getting hurt. On top of that, he was sleeping on a teammate’s couch as he didn’t have a place to call his own.
Well now that Jeremy Lin has a 3 year $25 million contract, I think it’s safe to say he should be able to get a place of his own.
Here are a few suggestions for Jeremy Lin that we think will fit what he needs to make Houston is new home.
18170 Holly Forest Drive, Houston, TX
Even though Jeremy Lin has a huge contract, he may not be ready to jump into a multi-million dollar place. This is the perfect option. Currently listed at an affordable $150,000 this home boasts 4 beds, 2.5 baths and over 2,500 square feet of space. Plus the backyard is tremendous. You’ve got a beautiful pool in the back for those ridiculously hot Houston summer days and there’s a mini-basketball court in the backyard as well for Lin to fine tune his jump shot. 4514 Shetland Ln, Houston, TX 77027
This second home is a bit of an upgrade from the first namely because of it’s million dollar price tag, but it has a lot more room for entertaining. With his new found success, Jeremy Lin might want to have more people over and this gorgeous home has plenty of space for that. He could even have the Rockets rookies sleep over in one of the 4 bedrooms plus there’s a huge study that could also be converted into a bedroom. Best of all, this home has a Japanese soaking tub which is the ultimate relaxer after a hard practice. Jeff Dunn with Coldwell Banker United, Realtors has the listing.
