Baseball is the American pastime and holds a special place in our hearts. And a monumental occasion, like MLB Opening Day, deserve a perfect place to enjoy it. So I set out to find the perfect home for baseball’s opening day. You’ll never guess where I found it…Woodway, WA.

Off the shores of the Puget Sound is a home listed by Coldwell Banker Bain agent, Terry Allen, that is made for baseball. It’s the only home on coldwellbanker.com that currently boasts its very own, full-size baseball field. And it even has a fence to make those bombs to right centerfield officially a home run.

I talked to Terry about the home and asked why the owners ended up building a baseball field on their property. Terry said the owners wanted “to have a home where all the kids would gather.” And well they certainly do.

The baseball field isn’t the only sports amenity this home has to offer. It also has an indoor basketball court, a regulation tennis court, and an indoor rain forest spa pavilion which is perfect for soothing those weary muscles after a hard day’s work on the diamond.

Plus when you have company over for a little afternoon baseball, you can let them park all their cars in your enormous 14 car garage! Oh and the home also has 5 beds and 6 baths in case you’re wondering about the non-sports related details.

Check out all the photos of this amazing home on coldwellbanker.com and I guarantee you’ll fall in love with this place too.

So enjoy MLB Opening Day and the pleasures of watching your favorite home team.
